  2. I'll never forget my first trip to Baltimore, probably back around 2001 or so. I took my then girlfriend to the inner harbor and witnessed an upstanding young male citizen of the city running as fast as he could down the street holding a woman's purse under his arm. It didn't go with his outfit and this was way before it was cool for girls to be boys and vice versa, so its safe to say that he probably stole it.
