  1. Yea he wont be charged but clearly has violent anger issues and will do eventually when he is older to get him imprisoned... I dont understand how they could charge the mom with his crime except negligance on her part for leaving them in the car alone. She should no better then to leave a child thay young alone in a car with a baby. I hope that kid gets some serious counseling before he turns into a juvenile delinquent. Just the fact that hes old enough to realize what he did, atleast after the fact, is gonna leave him scarred for life.
