  3. Just cause she tried to hurt them don't say anything, kids are psycho and very intelligent. Also im sure there's been kids in foster care that got passed around a lot before cause of emotional an behavior issues. The surviving on your own at 8 i find unbelievable.. Btw.. yes Dr phill you can give up parenting, its called emancipation and she becomes a ward of the state until someone else adopt her.. Duhhh
