  1. she want on and off to many times. That'll do it. The meds also made her harm herself and said to make her irritable and that should been enough of a red flag to stop them permenatly. Its not the mothers fault, I'm not saying it is. Its really the doctor whose at fault here and should have known better then to start and restart something that was making her irritable and hostile and harm herself. She comunicated this as well as the fact she self harrmed on it! If that's not enough I don't know what is Their so quick to drug kids up these days. I been there. I was that kid that was loaded up on psych meds to the point I could barely function and wanted to end my life more so. i could barley focus in school and my grades wemt down cause i couldnt focus amd learn or process information. I just feel medication in children should be the last step when no other form of therapy helps because of the lasting effects these meds have on a child's still developing brain. I feel for this family. Their grieving a loss of a child, that they'll never get over and I imagine this was a legal battle and I'm not sure what the outcome was but I hope they where able to get her committed somewhere and stabalized and she didn't get criminally charged for this cause she is so young and obviously this was due to medication error. Not to mention shell have to live with the effects of what she did for the rest of her life and that alone is a lifetime burden to have to have to handle.
