@briiimayne she’s been teaching over 20 years so she probably isn’t making a base salary anymore and everywhere pays different. My mom was a school teacher in New York where I grew up and I can assure you she didn’t make Min wage or the same amount a cashier at a supermarket made. I was making 6$ an hour back in high school working at a grocery store called stop and shop and my mom was making 40-50,000 a year and dad was a city fireman and my parents lived in a upper middle class neighborhood so it really depends what school and/or where it’s located. New York City pays more then some other areas and private school more so then public there.
