When you plead guilty and sentenced u can’t go to trial. I plead guilty to a charge for 6 months in jail and had 30 days to appeal and then my right to trial was gone. She is never getting out. She has been institutionalized so long if they even let her out, she’d be right back there.

Probably withdrawing and out of it when she plead guilty. I tried to end my life by cop but knew better. Caught aggravated a** lt and still if I’d got prison time I would have gone to trial. I took 6 months to avoid probation. There is no saying she won’t reoffend in some way with how long she been in prison now.
