@jrambo7495 There is punishment but maybe but sentences vary. It goes off someones priors too. It also depends on the severity. When a robber has a record and what their charges where or if anyone was hurt or killed is where they record if its a level 1, 2, or 3 felony burglery. There is many many other reason that they take into account for someones sentence. A child predator gets off a lot with low sentence but if they badly hurt a child badly rnough or kill them or keep re offending they get more time

It goes off someones priors. I heen arrested and spent time locked up i know. most people here probably never spent s day on jail or ever been in cuffs and probably are all children.
