  1. I believe it. There’s also a lot of people in there that shouldn’t be. Violent offenders shouldn’t be in that program. I wanted go get in a program in Naples jail - collier county jail naples and they said no cause I had a battery on my record. My first arrest and only arrest but exempt anyone with any kinda of violent offense. This program dosent sound to rehabilitating.
