  1. This was taken like 11 years ago?? It’s old af but I’m guessing was recorded on tv and re copied to YouTube. I mean YouTube was around 11 years ago. Like I would know cause I remember the evolution of YouTube an remember still when it came out. Having a pet must be comforting. I was arrested and we had a dog program in one jail I was in but anyone with violmant offenses was not allowed to work with animals so I’m kinda surprised they let killers or SA predators or CM have a cat. Every state is different though and every jail is also different as well. Indiana state prison has to be one of the worst prisons. I mean they’re worse I’m sure but I’m also in FL and I hear prisons down here are pretty rough but luckily I never seen the inside of one
