  11. Pathetic to use his mental health issues as an excuse. He’s not psychotic but maybe going there with his delusional thoughts. Probably never even been in the military. They wont except anyone with severe mental health issues or on psych meds.

  16. they did provoke this man, but it doesn’t make it OK to do what he did because he could’ve just walked away, but the male ego and something set him off with them. there were so many of them I think that’s why it wasn’t just like a one on one deal. Also they where just kids but shouldnt have been drinking. Isaic was only 17 and 3 x legal limit and under age. I hope the younger generation sees and realizes the dangers of provoking someone and someone u don’t know. Just cause there was more of them didn’t matter.

  18. @ There is also something called Uber and Lyft so there’s no excuse. Or even a designated driver. Some people can’t even control themselves or he responsible. Someone over the age of 21 is entitled to drink in the US but if someone has no control over themselves after drinking and choosing to drive then they shouldn’t even be drinking in the first place. If they’re going to loose all their inhibitions and rational decision making then they shouldn’t be drinking. I’ll never comprehend why people drink and drive. To me it’s selfish

  20. A DUI isn’t simple when it hurts or takes the life of another person. Especially when it involves children or parents. No one should have to loose a parent or family member or even friend, to someone’s irresponsible actions and poor decision. If your going to drink more then one drink, GIVE your keys to someone and even one drink can effect someone’s decision making. Depends a lot on the persons tolerance, metabolism and physiological make up. She can’t even process the fact she is “under arrest”. She has to keep asking the same question over and over and can’t process it. She lost all her inhibitions. Some people also shouldn’t drink and the fact she was smoking 🍃 and drinking is scary cause it’s not even safe to mix the two substances. She needs a lot of help and I can only hope she gets it. Not only substance abuse but mentally health clearly.

The parents shouldnt have kept housing them since clearly he can’t take medication or follow up with mental health care. Sounds like he needed w higher level of care for a long time. Parents could have went through the eviction procese but with that, they may have heen on danger once he got the eviction notice

My Judge even Said “Well i wasnt there “ for a traffic ticket” as Well we posession charge”. So In some cases They may but not every unless deemed necessary.

  41. 89 years old and he’s still got his wits about him. He was still driving and worried about his 85 year old wife. That man could have killed that elderly couple. That’s a separate crime for injuring or causing harm to an elderly person. I love how the other cop was like “I do t give a ****, that’s your problem”. when he said “my legs broken”. To bad they have to render aid to all arrestees and detainees

He needs a more stable relationship with someone else who’s stable. it’s obviously not her first arrest. Her comment about “How long you think I’ll be in jail for? A couple months?” shows she has probably been arrested before and spent time behind bars. If she hit a cop, she probably abuses the BF. I wouldn’t be surprised. That’s also someone who may have not had a father

  49. A cop shot me with one of those bean bags (less deadly force) comes out of a 12 gauge shotgun. I was like oh i’m okay. the next day i had a softball sized wound and couldn’t walk and let me tell u that’s shit hurt for weeks and took a good month to heal. The adrenaline is insannne.
