She probably didn’t even remember most of the events of that day when she woke up the next day or sobered up in jail. She can kill someone or even flip her car and almost kill someone and still not get it tell she is doing a life sentence and wont be driving anywhere ever again unless its ridding in the back of a prison bus.

  10. Thanks exactly. im glad someone said it. He’s a danger to himself and others and i feel so bad for him cause its not easy to get adaquate mental health care. I have bi polar and ASD so i get it. It took behavioral therapy to get to where i am today and im 45 years old. I been arrested and never resisted cops or assaulted them. I was only more of a danger to myself

  49. yup. 5150 for sure. are you from cali? i lived over there for a while. I’m in FL so we call it “Baler Act”. She might need 5250. She just got recently committed. Baker act facility’s aren’t as good cause they keep you only a few days but i hope she gets help.
