  1. Thanks officer for escalating situation cause i woulda likely reacted the exact same way. It’s coming un professional and needs better training. I’m not saying it’s okay for how she acted but they really gave her a lot of charges just to be vindictive. this is florida for you folks. they could give a damn about people with MH issues and look down on them making the situation worse then it should be.

  2. This is a sensitive situation with someone that has mental illness and police and poorly equipped in handling these situations. They really can trigger people and make encounters worse. Baker acting someone isn’t easy either unless she claims ideations to harm herself or someone else or is completely psychotic and she isn’t all the way there yet. he didn’t help that’s for sure.

  3. The daughter was perfectly fine tell they escalated the situation. likely the daughter has some mental health issues and by laughing and smiling would set me off too. I have bipolar and borderline personality disorder. I feel bad for her. she called the cops and got mocked 😢
