  2. She incriminated herself and just shows hiw guilty she is with no remorse. Regardless of rhe crime, lasyers typically warn them to not do public interviews. It just hurts their case.Even if they have already been convicted, it effecrs a chance ar parole, appeal or request for a new trial.

  3. I will never understand though how that can’t haunt someone for the rest of their life. 😮. There’s another interview with her all smiles and happy to be Home Like IT was nothing. I mean not taking responsibility at all, for any of it and IT sickening cause while her father was In the hospital, basically dying, she was out trying to use his Credit Card 🙄 all She cared about was, not being able to get IT to work. She stand their saying whatever everyone said about IT was lies, SO, then tell us what really happened. I’d love to hear her side of it.

I dont think She bought her lies snd tears though, i think IT was more of The Judge feeling sorry for her cause of her Home life snd The Dad apparently being a chronic alcoholic and mother was disabled and she was forced to take on the care taker role for her father and tend to him. The father frequently drove her around drunk and they where living in squalor. Her X friend, was subpoenaed and she admitted to the living conditions and so much more. Paramedics couldn’t even reach her father cause of the conditions of the home. Flys, piles of trash, etc. sad but doesn’t make it right to inflict harm on him. Was she really that clueless. She was aware of the exact mixture to cause damage and ultimately it caused his death

  5. a completely helpless child that couldn’t even walk or talk yet. Baby’s feel pain but don’t retain memory at that age yet. I can only hope that he went to heaven and not remember.

Her father did that. He drove around drunk with her in the car. Y’all in these DUI videos bashing parents who drive around with there kids in the car drunk and get pulled over and how they say “every child deserves a parent but not every parent deserves their child “ and how they should get them taken. It was unfortunate that happened and no one intervened. Don’t excuse her actions. I wanted to ask her “so then how did it happen”?? Tell us, plz. I would love to know.

  13. Exactly. I dont care if she was a quadrapalegic. Plenty of paralzed people go to prison. She isn’t the exception. She has use of her arms she will be fine. She got a state hospital where I hear they allow Xbox so she has is easy. She belongs in a jail cell.

You loose touch with reality and don’t even know where you are or what you are doing. Ive had psychotic epispdes and speaking personally you don’t come in and out of it. Look up the details. She knew what she was doing. Andrea Yates is a real example of postpardum psychosis. Lindsay only wanted an attorny not concered for her children or if she unalived them.

  18. I was going to say, she doesn’t look like she has slept in a while. This girl acts like she is 25-30 years old. She was kinda forced into growing up between the pain and mom’s passing. I feel so bad. She has been through hell. How anyone can force a parent to not be able to visit their child is unbelievable when they’re only 10, there parents are their whole world a biggest supporter. It’s absolutely heartbreaking and knowing now she hasn’t got her mother anymore. I just hope she doesn’t blame herself. This hospital ruined that family.

  26. Just love how her X Friend of 4-5 years , testified against her. I’m sure she was subpoenaed and kinda forced to testify but she was straight up and didn’t lie or try to defend her x friend. Imagine you find your daughter has been friends with someone who ended up killing her father. That’s insane. I’m sure her parent(s) didn’t want her to EVER see this girl again

  30. I like how the interviewer called her out when she blammed drugs on her actions. Drugs alter your brain chemestry but don’t cause someone to comit a planned pre medated murder. This isn’t a case of where someone acts impulsive or goes into psyschosis. She claims to take responsibility but continues to make excuses.
