  1. The guy doing 107 years for double homocide at 13 is very sad. His child brain wasnt even close to developed yet but obviously deemed a danger to society to be released. If he got out to soon hed re offended and if he got out 10-20 years he probably still reoffend even if not murder because he would be institutionalized.

  4. They sentenced a 13year old innocent colored boy to death back in the earl 1900’s and some 60 years later discoverd he was innocence but never found who did it. I don’t know how anyone can just let a innocent child so young take the fall for a crime they comitted and let him be put to death by electric chair. He was accused of unaliving 2 young girls. The evidence finally showed that the stremgth it took to do what he was said to do, wasnt possible. It was done by an adult.

  5. They do provide educational services to inmates for getting their GED and offer college classe’s. Yes he was young and sadly had to grow up inside prison but isn’t someone who grew up on the street with years of street snd drug behavior.

  6. 7:21 that dude grew up in prison. 13 years old and being trialed as an adult is really young. Todays day and age he would get out by now. He would get sympathy from a jury and judge and get less time cause he was so young at the time of his conviction. Edit: I thought the laws changed since then , he should be re trialed and given a chance at parole

  7. Be carwdul with that. I been to county with murderers and people who did hanious things that where cool people in jail but had another dark side too that sometimes showed. They always went to (lock) confinment for fighting. but did horrible horrible things. One killed her baby and smorhered her. Im not saying they’re all bad. He was so young when it happened so it might be different. He grew up while I was in there with adults that recently did things. We only saw a 5 min interview. He seems gentile though. I would have said the same thing about him if I hadn’t been through the system.
