  1. Not only that but she would have got 5 years credit for time served had she just changed her mind during the trial and took the deal. Once convicted it’s over. Typically someone only has to do 80% of their sentence and so she may have been let out in 7 years from now. She already around done 5, so 7 more is nothing and prison goes by quicker. 12 out 15 years is the full length. She prolonged the inevitable. Whoever turns that plea down for smurder is a fool. Please she had 7 appointed attorneys cause of how hard she is to work with so they all had to start from scratch and no one was fighting for her that’s for sure.
