  3. Dilan Khudhir yes it is all territory has been liberated in Iraq everything is in control of the Kurdistan government and the Baghdad government Iraq is fine. The only reason why you can’t rebuild sinjar is due to it being disputed by so many Iranian backed milita groups And lack of funds
