  2. Yes they do but this isn’t a big priority since the war has been over for 3 years now. These few militia are good enough to rid ISIL in these very remote areas

  3. Well the army is being trained by the US and Iran by air and ground to secure the border with Syria. These small local militia are good enough to rid ISIL in these very rural areas.
