Black students participating in BLM protests are demanding universities to give them passing grades or even degrees despite missing classes and exams. Teachers are pressured to comply, or they lose their jobs. All the power to BLM!!

@therenaissanceengineer5367 Fundamentals? Who cares about fundamentals? It's about power, and it has happened across the country. Just google "george floyd protest student exam grade" and you'll see UCLA, U of Washington, even Oxford have caved in.

@therenaissanceengineer5367 I personally wouldn't hire graduates with questionable credentials because they are up to no good. But I would encourage them to apply directly to the CEO position of Fortune 500 companies where diversity is lacking. Last time I heard Mark Zuckerberg is white and he's definitely guilty of white privilege. It's time for a change!!

#ShutdownSTEM is another way of saying "Blacks can't do STEM".

China is producing 5 million STEM graduates every year, while US only 600k. China doesn't have BLM protests while US is giving protest students passing grades and free degrees. China already landed on dark side of the moon in 2019, while US is only planning a new moon landing by 2024. Americans should be concerned.

Bret Weinstein was a big lefty until he got burned by his own movement. Now he came back as the wise guy with all the "pattern theory". SMH...

Don't be concerned. If Americans shut down STEM, others will pick it up. China is producing 5 million STEM graduates every year, while US only 600k. China doesn't have BLM protests while US is giving protest students passing grades and fake degrees. China already landed on dark side of the moon in 2019, while US is only planning a new moon landing by 2024 -- Someone is doing well in STEM.

@janus3555 I hope you are right as I'm on your side, but you failed to see the sarcasm in my comment perhaps because years in China made you slow. If you really understand China so well, you should know what's happening in US right now is similar to 文化大革命 in the 60s and 70s in China, while you can't deny China is on steep upward trajectory by promoting STEM.

@janus3555 Since you can't read sarcasm I'll get straight to my point -- I agree with @Brosky 1998 that we should be concerned. Our STEM is being undermined by political correctness, identity politics, and academic honesty, while other countries such as China, Russia, and India are promoting STEM hard with hard working students. We should be concerned.
