The enemy might mistake him for a Gurkha - but only in height 🤣

With banning smoking, pubs took a nose dive. Many landlords decided to offer good food to entice the punters back. Unfortunately, many pubs have closed, with the added Covid lockdowns - they couldn't survive.

“Politicians and diapers must be changed often, and for the same reason,”

@captainape6807 Then he who is vertically challenged will enjoy seeing if they are the correct size :face-green-smiling:
4

4
@QuoPaperPlane You are so wrong. The signed petition goes to Parliament, when enough votes needed are in. I've used it before, and sure enough it works!
4
It is illegal in the UK to show support for a proscribed terrorist organisation - punishable up to 14yrs jail time. But these lot are above the law - thanks to Sleazy and his undying love for them...
4
Lammy and History in the same sentence? OOPS! Here's a man who thought Henry VII came AFTER Henry VIII...
4

Does he have a TV License - or did he cancel it along with hundreds of us folks?😯
3
I can't wait for Remembrance Sunday, when all the vets turn their backs to him. I daresay, even more attending the ceremony might do the same...
3
Broadcasting Balderdash Corporation, even lie about the weather :face-green-smiling:
3
Definitely! So many have already done so. Appears that no detector vans are ever seen. Besides, they ask you questions when you cancel your direct debit - hit on the one that pertains to you - it's dead simple!
3
FFS stop with the black hole! We all know it doesn't/didn't exist. Bank of England was just one financial institution that said it's untrue. Does the Labour party really think we are that stupid!
3
...and yet try flying the Union Jack or the St George Cross and you'll get arrested. 🤬🤬🤬
3
@GRAMDAVNO1 Did the Bank say that last bit - or was that you? Take a bow👏👏 😂😂😂
3
Do you think we will get back the penalty fee we paid to break with the EU? No need to reply - I already know the answer! Like Rwanda and the French stopping the boats - millions lost at the expense of the tax payer...
3
Of course he was entitled to give HIS opinion. Not harp back every time the reporter asked the question - to him being unsure what Labour were going to vote for or against on the issue - and return on the programme (whatever for, you might ask) to give the outcome! What a bumbling idiot 🙄
3
Definitely! It's not means tested, so whatever your earnings, however much you have in savings - does not affect your entitlement to claim, nor can it be taxed. Even those on discount for Council Tax are affected...
3
haha did she walk or was she pushed?
3
If you hate are country so much, by ripping up the Union Jack - what the f*** are you doing here?? ...and why hide behind a mask?
3
@felicitydawson1143 So I did! ... and Non-vet Co-operative...

3
...and thicko AR - looks disinterested - or perhaps thinking what to have for dinner tonight.
3
Wet Charlie, is well enough to travel and attend social functions - but not be concerned about the state of the country and government? WEF has him by the short and curlies...
3
For women it was 60 and men 65 if they were born before April 1950. Then it was increased for both, and has crept up ever since...
3
Good news for pensioners about the increase in the State Pension - but bad news that the Tax Free Allowance isn't going to be raised. So, many will start paying tax on this Benefit (especially if they have a private pension or annuity which will be hit as well). Outcome: they'll be no better off!
3
100 days? Thought we were in a 100 year war 😵💫
3
@SusanDean-n7x We can only live in hope...
3
@qetoun It was initially under Harold MacMillan - Dr Beeching was appointed chairman of the British Railways Board. He closed many stations and proposed 6,000 miles of track to be eliminated. When Labour came into power, Wilson continued with Beeching's plans, despite promising to cancel major closures.
3
Another excuse to arrive too late when a crime has been committed...
3
Along with their benefit fraud mother...
3
Both Trump and Vance knew Sleazy was lying when he said we had Freedom of Speech. The classic "We have a long history of Freedom of Speech" was exactly right - it's HISTORY!!!
2
@JohnMorten-px6my He must be exempt from Council Tax then - for a Severe Mental Impairment...
2
Did you say no beer, because he's been kicked out of pubs? 😂
2
@RosCromarty iPhone 16 - it's cheaper there!
2
Why the hell do we have drug dealing Albanians in this country, anyway? Why the hell wasn't he deported immediately?? Tagged? Like that will stop him...
2
Me too! Maybe he lives in the States - and had an oops moment :fish-orange-wide-eyes:

The Prime Minister “requests” that the King dissolve Parliament. Under the Lascelles Principles, the Monarch could only refuse such a request if Parliament remains “vital, viable, and capable of doing its job”, if an election would be detrimental to the national economy or if the Monarch could find another Prime Minister who could “govern for a reasonable period with a working majority in the House of Commons”. Can't see Sleazy doing that!
