Of course he will! Probably spend the next few years (if not his lifetime) looking over his shoulder... But as both Mike and Peter said, : it's Met police speak. Just like the "isolated incident"

@superdavies5548 "Sadiq Khan has said he believes the threat of terror attacks are “part and parcel of living in a big city” and encouraged Londoners to be vigilant to combat dangers". But he is a Pr*t, as there are many major cities around the world that have NEVER had a terror attack, indeed none in the whole of certain countries...
