  2. Not really. The kryptonite spear is still there, so worst case scenario, Batman will use it to kill Doomsday eventually, he will have a plan, of course, Doomsday might destroy Metropolis first. But once Batman kills Superman, there must be some notification, Lex has the whole place under watch some how. Doomsday was born in the Genesis Chamber on the Kryptonian Ship, in that chamber, there's a failsafe to terminate the creature being born if there's any trouble. "If man can't kill God, the devil will do it", it should be believed that had Batman successfully killed Superman, Lex would have stopped Doomsday creation. Remember, there was a time gap for about 30 minutes in the movie where Batman goes from sparring Superman to finishing saving Martha, during that time, by cutting the power, Lex could've stopped Doomsday creation.
