  1. ​ @mazinr4514  Not really. The kryptonite gas is decaying the cells within his lungs, blood circling throughout his bodies. Enough impact and maybe he'll get internal organs damage. He doesn't have super healing magic, his cells are just much stronger, being exposed to kryptonite makes him a normal person.
