  1. The Chinese are basically so obsessed with competing with each other that they don't realize they can gain more by cooperatting with each other. If you spend 65% of time awake at work and 95% of time feeling unhappy, what's the point of living? And no, making more money for shareholders ain't proper purpose of living. It's not that they're working 996, the problem is that they're working 996 for inadequate compensation.
