  1. The accurate answer to that overly simplistic gun control test is that, that's not how statistics work. And furthermore, one who is actually smart will tell you "according to this data set, which I don't believe to be true, but it shows that..." Displaying that data regarding gun control is like asing a doctor whether mango juice cure cancer based on the number of people who drinks mango juice and do not have cancer versus the people who don't drink mango juice and have cancer, it's an overly simplified aka quite meaningless test.
