  2. It's more than that darling. The people starting to show indignant of the unacceptable style of management here. The rule is unclear, the execution of such rule is incompetent, therefore the rule can not be enacted. Mistreatment of an individual is the fault of the government. Start to cope with that. You can't just grant people visa and then say oops, I apologize, that's incompetence.
