No, it means that he had already won the China fight, kid, the deal itself is only on China's term, China earns nothing except having to complied with multiple conditions relating to buying more US products and intellectual property. To be exact, what do you morons want? He imply tariffs, you say it's pointless, he removes tariffs temporarily and get a deal that benefits the US, because it basically returns the market to the point before the trade war but China has to comply with conditions and you're criticizing him for what?
