  1. You'll need to find better sources. Those scores aren't real in China. Where is this official website for that scoring policy? How do one even view their own scores to know that it's lowered or increased? This weird myth is ridiculous. There is scoring for businesses in China, like there is in the US or Europe. But there is no score for individuals, especially for social behavior. But court offenses and not paying fines is actually called criminal behavior.
