There is no cognitive ability differences between race, there is a cognitive ability differences between people, regardless of race. The simple reason any IQ test among different races can not be accurate is because of their inability to control the pool of applicants to have similar environmental experiences. You measure IQ using English Language and it will always yield higher results for people who speak English. You measure IQ using mathematical skills and Asians shall always score higher because Asian standard mathematical curriculum is far higher. There are smart people and there are dumb people, but you can't categorize that by race, or at least there's no plausible test for you to categorize it by race. Unless you can raise a huge pool of babies of different race in the exact same environment.

That's not how it works, little dummy. The great minds of history have been everywhere around the world, depending on which places have the best condition to develop, the best minds have been Egypt, China, Greek, Rome, Europe, America. The only reason great minds now come to America is because of America safe conditions during the second world war, which drives the best mind from Europe to America and they stayed in America and develop the necessary conditions for equality great minds to come to America since World War 2 till now. The Pinnacle of human civilization changes from time to time, doesn't mean people at those places are superior of any means. Go learn some math, little darling.
