  1. The CIA escalates every single conflicts on Earth in secret and with extreme illegality and then they complain about how everyone escalates in return. She is naive, America is absolutely not ahead in any of these modern weaponry. Here's a clue, you can't test these weapons without foreign espionage knowing it, so yeah, America is absolutely behind. And furthermore, any development of these weapons shall be accompannied by massive and totally corrupt contracts given to these weapons manufacturers to launder taxpayer money. Even though the current military spending is gross, it doesn't include these new weapons. So yeah, either Lockheed is developing weapons for free, or they're not developing these weapons.
