  2. Unenumerated rights do not mean whatever you want to be a right is a right. Those unenumerated rights can not include ones that people who wrote the original law didn't know they existed. You want new laws, vote for it. Legalizing same-sex marriage, sure, people can vote for that. But abortion will be voted out immediately. Constitution doesn't ban abortion, but it doesn't protect it one bit.
