  1. She's a meaningless figurehead role. There's no such thing as a CEO if they guy who hires the CEO has full control of the CEO.

  2. Yeah, remember what Musk said, CEO is a made up title. What you really need in a company is President, Secretary and Treasurer. In this case, Musk is the sole President. He can fire CEO immediately.
