It's adorable how they say the conflict killed 14000 people without saying that the Ukrainian Government hold overwhelming odds of weaponry, air force, artillery backed by NATO countries compared to the separatist who are backed by nobody for 8 years. Russia might favor the separatist but it can not provide them with air force or heavy artillery. 14000 people killed in Donbass by the Ukrainian Government, get that straight.

Under the current law of the United Nation Security Council, you can't just wage war and then occupy another country, even if there is a war. That's the only reason why Russia invasion of Ukraine is "illegal", otherwise it's totally legal to just wage war and take lands. Profits means cash that can be converted to other purchases, investments are purchases that the government exempt from paying taxes. They do it for a reason. If there's no cash flowing out from the rich, how do you think those Internet Companies go big overnight? The funds for those early tech companies? Investment on new technology? Fairy dust?
