The "judge" concluded that just because she is in America and she loves Russia, without pointing out any connections to her and Russian Government or any actions she committed on behalf of Russian Government, but just because she loves Russia, therefore she is an acting agents. And the Constitution do mention this, the First Amendment, if your point is as weak as "it's not in the original constitution", go back to school. The amendments are what our legal system are based on, and what our policies have to obey.
