@HayteStreet Now here's the prime example of people who don't have jobs. Not working at all isn't working smart, you should study the philosophy of a happy life. It definitely requires working. Otherwise you'll feel empty. You can't have a robot replaced you, the robot itself replaced you without your knowledge or approval, you will just become redundant. Now think of this, kid. By your thesis, the money to pay for the people who don't work, not willing to work comes from the pocket of people who do work, people who do create value to trade, the only people who keep the economy going, as in how nobody else will work. So you're just going to steal? How about getting a job.

@ProperSlic Like I said, before, pal you're still talking about the nonsense here, if the people could just be competent enough to pay the mortgage, there would be any crisis. Well, people are not, that's the thing about giving huge loans to people without checking what they're gonna do using it. Listen, kid who doesn't know much about automation, for a machine to work like human handsc it will require about 200 years, that's something about construction the latest technology to mimic assembly lines instead man power didn't even come close. They just use machines on producing parts. One robot to perform like humans require about 40 people in a team of maintenance. Study!

So you need to raise taxes on people who already paid taxes for those things a second time to give money, mostly to people who don't pay taxes, on the HOPE that those people will effectively use the money. It's goddamn giving out loans without having to repay it, there's a reason why we don't do it. It's very stupid.

If people don't work and get pay, the concept of free society is gone, we will put restrictions on the automation process. Like how the government can tax as high as they want to on corporations without having to share the risk, they also can put restrictions on corporations. And lobbying won't work this time when it costs actual votes from people who will lost actual jobs. Your way is giving people money, they don't work, our way is giving people money by creating jobs for them to do. Again, think a bit. What would happen if you have 6 million software engineer? You don't need that much and like 95% will be unemployed despite their new skill. High skilled labor can only be valuable if it's not available in big numbers, it's called principal of value. Study!
