@thecalmbro Or you know, people who don't use drugs and have witnessed the effect it has on other people. Cry me a river, kid. You just want to do drugs without consequences. And we don't accept that, kid, when you do drugs, you're a liability to the society, have some sense of dignity.

@thecalmbro No, watching too much TV or gambling is an indirect cause. If gambling can make somebody looses their conscious mind or overdose, it would definitely be illegal. Your last statement is a baseless assumption. Because the argument of arresting people who do drugs is because society as a whole does not tolerate it is just as valid. Drugs is illegal almost everywhere in the world, even in countries that don't grow it and have only one kind of race. So your argument fell apart, kid. Learn real history. We don't make the drug war because we need to lock up poor people, we make the drug war with the attempt to help poor people, scare them off the drugs and start doing the work. But unfortunately, the reason they can't get out of the drugs is the exact reason why they're poor. Shocking, isn't it. It's easier to say that they go after the drugs to oppress people then to say that the drug is bad and you're a weak, dumb person who can't live without it. Get a better sense of dignity, genius. The nonsense of the drug war is made to oppress minorities? In Phillipines, Malaysia, Vietnam, China, the majority of the drugs criminals are the majority ethnicity. So your argument fell apart.

@dave_riots Alcohol should be ban, but it's a part of the culture that people tolerate, pal. However drug is not, people don't tolerate that.

@thecalmbro Well, yes, yes it does. Because children are actually going to school instead of selling drugs at school. Phillipines recently adopt a policy that has been enacted by other countries for years, for example, Vietnam. Does it shock you that despite the country being poor, people there don't resort to the drugs?

@BlackedFriday Yes, and I'm fine with that. Law enforcement is one of the most important reason we have a government. What is really costing is paying medicare / medicaid to people who never paid what they took out. So yeah, learn some math, pal.

@antagonisf I'm against both of those, but they are part of the culture that the people accept, the people do not accept the drugs, it has been proven pretty clear that it is a harmful thing that the world does not tolerate.

@babodawg6922 Alcohol is not worse than weed scientifically, I don't think you understand what the word "scientifically" means, pal. They have different affects, and are measured on different scale. However, one is accepted in the world and one is not. Shocking, isn't it. How do you explain the marijuana being made illegal almost everywhere else not near to Mexico? Get real, genius. @tjemmyhd3894 A lot of prescription drugs are illegal, they never got passed. Alcohol that includes some sort of toxic content in it is also made illegal. I don't see you fighting over that. You just want to do the drugs without consequences, that's a little sad, don't you think? Alcohol should be ban, but people tolerate it as a part of tradition. But they do not tolerate the drugs.

@Yogripper It doesn't tolerate certain kind of drug, pal. Alcohol is intertwined into tradition. This is a case where certain things are acceptable but others are not. Drugs are also illegal in Communist country, you're not dumb enough to say that the American Government lobbied them too, right? Get your head out of your ass, pal. You're not supposed to be on drugs. The war on drugs is not to save those who are already on it. it's to protect the ones who haven't gotten into it.

No it is not, for a chemical compound to be legally sold on the market, it has to be proven safe to use through mass testings. America rejects foreign tomatoes on the grounds of chemical compound in the soil, which is much harder to realize than the immediate harmful effect of the cannabis. Injecting something not that safe into your brain is not wise, dummy, have some sense of dignity.
