It doesn't, but it affects when that person go telling, spreading LGBT doctrine that makes guest uncomfortable. For example, that skydiving guy, if that person is a straight Casanova bragging of banging girls, he would have been fired, too.

If the customer filed a complaint, yes they would be out on the street. The difference is that the customer is annoyed by this, if heterosexual does this, if by accident that the customers enjoy it or agrees to this, then it's their luck. But if the customer feels displeased, then you're bothering them. Don't be a hypocrite.

That transgender nonsense needs to be stopped, it's no longer your sexual orientation if you express it publicly to client. Can employees get plastic surgery? Can they dress however they want, ignoring dress codes? How about dress as drags during the hours? Gay and whatever identity you have, put it in your mind. If you spread it out, it's no longer yours.

The question here that if you can't fire someone just because they're gay, because they can claim all sort of nonsense and cost you money. Then can those gay people or claim to be gay people blackmail employers for a job?
