  3. It negates the coercion charge, buddy. Because coercion requires unwilling participants. And it has to be significantly unwilling. If it's reasonable to believe that any action he has really does not significantly affect her willingness. It's called insignificant affluence. The prosecution wants to paint her as a victim of the "criminal enterprise". But if she willingly participated in a significant number of freak offs because they were in love, that's not coercion in criminal means. That's called persuasion. Life is not a cartoon, be more matured.
