@rzadigi That's another lie, pal. There are a lot more than surviving. For example, the introduction of internet and education allows for improvement in living condition, it has always been like that. And further relation with the Russian and the Chinese, for example student exchange shall allow for more improvement within such society. The reason the Chinese and the Russian will be way more effective than the West in developing these areas are because of their dictatorship allowing for maximum power and efficiency. For example, if Russian state owned company enter the area to exploit the mines, they will start building facilities to raise the standard of living to the workers in the area. Unlike Western companies, who are after profit, Russian and Chinese companies are after power, which includes maintaining good image and relationship within the people of such region. As long as the people there don't get political, the benefits of having those 2 governments behind you is enormous. Far more than the backing of the American government.
Two wrongs don't make a right, but in the real world nothing is "right", by living where you're living, you're actively taking away somebody else's chance of living there. You have to deal with such reality.
Your claim of whatever replacement solution you have is firmly rejected by the people living there. Try finding something better in life to do than seeking out imperfection in the human world, that's so easy.

@rzadigi @rzadigi Again, no community will ever dare get in the way of such operations. People are not united, pal. Most of them will run when they hear the guns, some other people shall try to fight and they'll be killed. Again, that mine officially belongs to the government.
You can't just declare ownership on a piece of industrial land like that without any kind of permission.
And you need to go learn some math and some real economics. Economics power and living conditions are not measured by the dollar.
The average people in Russia live in a far better condition than the average person in the United States. The reason is very simple, they're self sufficient, cheap gas, cheap food, cheap land.
A waitress earning 15 dollars an hour in the United States doesn't make 10 times the wealth of a waitress making 1.5 dollars an hour somewhere in Southeast Asia.
You have to go learn some math, maybe you're not aware of this but living conditions are not measured via dollars, they're measured via products availability.
A prime example of this is when America tries to sanction Russia. It collapses the Western economy instead while the Russians are doing fine.
They have far cheaper food and gasoline there.
Go learn some math, pal. You're stuck in a bubble of delusions.
