@tonysmith2045 Law by meaning is conservative. Because it's called common sense. There is no other sane meaning of interpreting a writing text other than what the people wrote the text mean. You say your name is John yet I interpret that you say your name is Lisa, that's stupidity.

@darwin6883 Very much. Legislature documents are not books, they're not up to fantasy or interpretation that goes directly against what they initially meant. You say your name is John yet I claim that you said your name was Lisa, that isn't insane?
