@TheMickeymental How do you not know that? If you considered everything as just a belief, whatever you believe, doesn't matter how "objective". That can be interpreted as a blind believe, aka a religion made up by yourself. There are belief if everything, little kid. The first amendment doesn't mean legislation can not include things that accidentally align with people believe. It means that all things will be considered equally, whether it aligns with a religious belief or not.
