  1. It is unequivocally clear how unnecessary that bombing was. Actually it's unequivocally clear the majority of civilian casualties of Japan due to air bombing was unnecessary. Unlike Germany, Japan has no Industrial capacity if being subjected to a blockade, meaning that even if they don't surrender, there's nothing they can do, there's no fuel, no steel, no weapons, they can't invade anyone. The idea of "unconditional surrender" is nothing more than a childish aim in order to satisfy American ego. An ego being satisfied using civilian lives. If that's not disgusting, I don't know what is.
