  1. Go ahead, you can not by the way. Any law banning gun possession altogether is already Unconstitutional. The Texas law ban abortion first, and then allows for the citizens to sue the criminal. Trying to do the same with guns will be just sad, because there isn't enough money around covering for lawsuits like that, suing every citizen who owns a gun? And again, unlike abortion, guns are actually defended within the Constitution, so it will be a matter of time before a case reaches the Supreme Court, and you, like everything California touches, it goes to shit. California is way too broke and way too incompetent for that law.
