  4. Buddy, it's called history, deal with it. If every country in this world has to pay for the crimes they committed in the past, the world would cease to exist. And no they don't have to pay anything to your country. There is no requirement whatsoever to do so and there isn't even a moral argument to do so. You lost a battle in the past, move on towards the future.
