Another guy can create another coin, that has the exact same function and is distributed accordingly. No government in the world, or any set of nations in the world will accept a trading instrument where the majority of it is heavily focused in one country. You Americans are delusional, try to keep it real. How much did you put in the game and how much you've lost? Get out while you can, pal. Your same argument is applied to countless websites during the tech bubble and of course, it all failed. It's still in it's infancy,..., it is the future,.... All hype, no results, no value.

Kid, no government in the world will accept a new payment system that is already mostly occupied by a certain number of individuals. If the US accepts cryptocurrency as it's national currency. It will not be Bitcoin, why? Because the US Government has no interest in giving unlimited monetary power to private citizens who are already holding a bunch of it. Go study some math, you'll see how worthless what you're holding is. If there will be a formal cryptocurrency, which may very well be. It won't be Bitcoin, Because Bitcoin distribution violates the first principle of money, allocation of labor. Too many people are holding a large number of it for doing absolutely nothing significant. Any dummy can create an alternate token within 15 minutes internet connection.
