To people who don't know, this company is a sub branch of a Vietnamese Oligarch parent company that got rich through a corruption scheme of acquiring valuable real estate via the government seizure of civilian property. They're trying to bring their scam to the world stage, there's nothing there. No proprietary technology, no massive resources of anykind. It's either pump and dump or US individual investors are highly incompetent.
