Maybe this poor Hasan fella should've advised the Prosecutors. Maybe then the prosecutors would've lost the case more humiliating than they did.

@martinn.6082 That's not how it goes, kid. You can not prove that Rittenhouse wanted to use the gun, and he did not provoke anything. It's not provocation if that action is protected by the law. Wisconsin is an open carry state, that is Rittenhouse right to carry that rifle if he wants to in a public place. These "criminals" that you falsely label protesters do not have the right to attack Rittenhouse just because they want to. Sad, isn't it?

He did not create any problem, the gun was legal, he has the right to carry the firearm. Your feelings doesn't constitute a crime here, kid. Kyle shot Rosenbaum in self defense, had Rosenbaum killed Kyle, it's definitely murder or manslaughter, because Kyle did not attack or charge at Rosenbaum.

Kyle Rittenhouse didn't shoot people. He shoot attackers who were attacking him, they're called aggressors and had they killed Rittenhouse, they would definitely be guilty of murder or manslaughter. Poor Hasan, too dumb to distinguish basic legal facts.

Then you should go to Canada, the people here in America does not accept such pathetic of a system. Your vote has been outvoted.

@TheHilltopperNation The 2nd guy falsely identified Rittenhouse as an active shooter. The 2nd guy mistake cost him his life, it was his mistake, he faced the consequences alone.

@martinn.6082 Your disagreement is not attached to any accepted legal documents. So sorry, pal, that delusion can not be used for anything The "protest" happen on a public street, that public street allows for open carry. Your feelings are not appreciated at all, because laws deal with facts, sorry.

It's just sad how the criminal justice system can't convict people based on fantasy, right? Get real, you dummies.

False logic, darling. Whoever thought he was an active shooter made a false judgement. They made a mistake identifying him, if they get shot, it's their fault. Consequences for making a stupid mistake. Had other people killed Rittenhouse while Rittenhouse was not pointing the gun at them, they would be charged for manslaughter, because even though they thought Rittenhouse was an active shooter, what they think did not match a reasonably interpreted version of reality. Laws works on facts, not your feelings. Get use to that.

@mpjstuff Pretty much. You're allowed to shoot people attacking you while you're holding a gun. That's called self defense. The 3 dummies made a false judgement and attacked Kyle, only then Kyle shot them. But had the 3 dummies killed Kyle from afar, they would be charged with murder or manslaughter, easily guilty. Because Kyle did not attack them.
1
@mpjstuff False. The three dummies got shot while attacking Kyle. They can't shoot Kyle because Kyle was not attacking them before they started attacking him. Go ahead, you try killing people because you're just afraid, you will go to prison, kid. You can only shoot people if you "reasonably" feels threatened. Because Kyle did not attack any of those 3 before they attacked Kyle, those 3 can't claim anything regarding to self defense. Because they weren't reasonably put into danger. Everybody is entitled to weapon ownership. If it's an escalation, it's a good escalation. Because now morons will know that you attack people randomly, there's a high chance you pay with your life. So don't attack people randomly. Dumb people are still entitled to rights like everybody else. Dumb people are entitled to driving a car, which kills far more than gun, and more gruesome. You're not allowed to strip away people's right.
