  1. The word criminal does imply a negative malicious intent, and it's highly unlikely that every single individual of the US governments, year by year, over the span of 35 years are all evil. You're thinking too highly of them. They're just not that smart. Some of them were evil, but a lot of them were manipulated by these evil people because of their average intellect.

  5. The WHO gave out guidelines that your government voluntarily follows. And no, the WHO doesn't concern themselves with your specific society, because they're talking about a global guidelines which you are tiny part off. You might not realize this but unlike Germany, in other places on Earth, like the overwhelming majority, getting Covid has a much higher consequences. Your country is not the center of the world. You can act domestically however you like, just don't affect other people.
