When the guy proposed giving people free money to "start" a business, he basically proposed the same thing Bill Clinton proposed which led to the 2008 financial crisis, giving people's money that they don't have the intention or the ability to repay. Not all people's going to use the money to "go to school", a large amount of them will use it to get a drink. Because they're incapable of doing what smarter people is doing. Here, the people like Yang, who lives in the bubble of Silicon Valley doesn't understand, like how Mark Zuckerberg can't defy hate speech, the average worker doesn't care for "innovation", "creation" and "revolution".
