  7. They aren’t knowledgeable the mentally incompetent ARE DANGEROUS. After deinstitutionalization mass murder incidents skyrocketed. They can’t reintegrate into the communities they don’t belong how many people need to die before we realize they need to be locked away or mandated to take meds.?
