  21. Electric scooters would actually help make public transportation feasible in parts of the US that previously would not have the density to support transit. Now transit agencies will have to switch to high frequency transit service on busy corridors and even long distance limited stop express ones with scooters and others feeding riders to the buses in fact slow local buses would become obsolete as scooters would replace those trips and in suburbia they will allow buses and trains to collect previously unreachable riders due to distance that means frequency rather than coverage becomes more important. So bye bye flex routing.
